📌 Role: Assistant Manager – Finance (Ind AS & MIS Reporting)
📝 Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate financial reporting as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), preparing MIS reports, compiling quarterly results, managing annual report preparation, and ensuring statutory tax compliance. Also who has handled the billing of around 500 crore capital amount in the company?
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of financial statements as per Ind AS and consolidation
• Preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to track financial performance
• Compiling and presenting quarterly financial results within deadlines
• Managing preparation and review of the company's annual report as per statutory requirements
• Preparation of Tax Audit Report and filing of Income Tax & TDS Returns
• Preparing data for Income Tax assessments
• Preparation and filing of GST returns
🎓 Educational Qualification:
• Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Com / M.Com)
• OR CA Intermediate / ICWAI
📅 Experience Required:
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Experience in a listed company is highly desirable
💻 Technical & Software Skills:
• Strong understanding of Ind AS and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite Oracle ERP preferred
✅ Key Competencies:
• Expertise in Ind AS financial statement preparation and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage monthly, quarterly & annual financial cycles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Auditors, Management, and cross-functional teams
⭐ Preferred Qualities:
• Prior exposure to a listed/publicly traded company
• Hands-on NetSuite Oracle ERP experience
