Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Duties: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports as per company requirements.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings as per Indian tax regulations.
• Process invoices, payments, and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in financial audits and generate reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with export-related financial regulations.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately enter financial and export-related data into the system.
• Maintain and update customer and supplier records.
• Prepare export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping details.
• Cross-check and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports and maintain digital records for easy retrieval.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting and data entry (export industry experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and export documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
