Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide primary healthcare services at the Occupational Health Center. The role involves handling medical emergencies, providing first aid, maintaining health records, and supporting workplace health and safety initiatives.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first aid and basic medical care to employees
- Handle workplace injuries and medical emergencies
- Assist the Medical Officer in patient care and procedures
- Maintain medical records, reports, and documentation
- Monitor vital signs and administer prescribed medications
- Conduct health check-ups and assist in medical camps
- Ensure availability of medicines and medical supplies
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards in OHC
- Support occupational health programs and awareness activities
- Coordinate with HR and safety teams for employee health issues
- RequirementsGNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute
- Valid nursing registration (State Nursing Council)
- 3 years+ of experience
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and emergency care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred SkillsExperience in industrial or corporate OHC setup
- Knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge for record keeping
