Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company established in 2015, engaged in online retail and distribution across multiple product categories. We are committed to operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our finance team.

Position: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
• Handle GST compliance, return filing, reconciliation, and taxation-related matters.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
• Monitor bank transactions and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate records in Tally software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in e-commerce accounting will be an added advantage.
