Accountant Cum Office Assistant

We are a growing insurance broking firm with 70+ years of combined team experience, looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, and back-office operations. This is a hands-on role — you'll work directly with the leadership team and own end-to-end finance administration.

Key responsibilities

Invoicing & billing

Raise and manage client invoices, track receivables, follow up on outstanding payments

Expense management

Record and reconcile all business expenses; maintain petty cash and vendor payment records

GST compliance

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B); maintain GST records and reconcile with GSTN portal

Tally operations

Maintain books in Tally ERP; enter journal entries, manage ledgers, generate P&L and balance sheet reports

Bank reconciliation & TDS

Perform monthly bank reconciliation; assist with TDS computation and challans

Back-office administration

Maintain and organise financial records, contracts and compliance documents; coordinate with CA/auditors; support HR admin (salary processing, attendance records)

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA

Experience - 1–4 years in accounting role

Work location - Malad, Mumbai (on-site)

Working days - Monday – Saturday
