Job Description

Location: Kandivali East


Responsibilities:


  • Manage billing, AP/AR, and payment follow-ups
  • Perform general expense booking with proper ledger classification
  • Handle basic GST entries and assist in GST workings (input/output tracking)
  • Manage TDS entries and support in TDS calculations and deductions
  • Operate online banking portals for vendor payments, salary processing, and fund transfers
  • Prepare and maintain bank statements and perform bank reconciliation
  • Handle E-invoicing, E-way bills, and registrations
  • Maintain vendor and employee payment records


Qualification:

  • Graduate
  • Proficient in Tally and MS Excel
