Job Description
Dear Recipient,
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Billing Engineer for Plumbing and Fire Fighting works for our ongoing and upcoming projects in and around Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the billing and estimation processes specifically for plumbing and fire fighting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for plumbing and fire fighting installations.
Monitoring and tracking of work progress on-site for timely and accurate billing.
Coordination with project managers and engineers to ensure proper documentation of work completed.
Review of sub-contractor invoices and preparation of final billing statements.
Preparing and submitting progress reports, variations, and claims as needed.
Ensuring compliance with project timelines, cost estimates, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in billing and estimation for Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems (minimum of 3-5 years).
Strong understanding of plumbing and fire fighting project specifications, codes, and standards.
Knowledge of relevant software (MS Excel, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or a related field.
