Job Description
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a smooth process backup in place for every critical operation,
Strong verbal and written communication skills,
Generating periodic accounting reports like monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management,
Maintaining updated, accurate and reconcile general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, utilities and other capital expenditure,
Conducting frequent audits within the organisation to eliminate discrepancies,
Should have complete knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, e-way bill, deadlines to file and be able to guide the management related GST.
Working with external agency for the annual audits and ensuring proper documentation and reporting,
Deep understanding of the company’s business and the market and ability to troubleshoot issues.
