Admission Counsellor

Grow Inn Steps is looking for a dynamic, high-energy, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at the Evershine Nagar location , Mumbai . If you have a passion for interacting with parents, excellent storytelling skills, and a proven track record of converting inquiries into admissions, we want to hear from you!

• Key Responsibilities-Lead Conversion & Calling: Actively make outbound calls to prospective parents, handle inbound inquiries, and maintain a robust follow-up pipeline.
• Walk-in Management: Warmly receive parents visiting the center, conduct campus tours, explain the curriculum/programs, and effectively close admissions.
• Public Relations (PR) & Outreach: Initiate and participate in local PR activities, community events, and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Relationship Building: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and handle their queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads, walk-ins, and conversions in the daily tracker.
• Requirements & Qualifications Gender: Female candidates only.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a huge plus).
• Skills: Highly persuasive with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Experience: Prior experience in educational counseling, preschool admissions, front office, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
• Availability: Ready to join immediately.
