Job Title: Admissions Counsellor (Graduate Freshers – Sales Role)Location Options: Powai / Dadar (Mumbai)

Role Overview:This is a target-driven sales role focused on converting student inquiries into admissions. The role demands strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, online inquiries)
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees, and career outcomes
• Convert leads into admissions through structured and consistent follow-ups
• Maintain daily reports and lead tracking
• Build strong and professional relationships with parents and students
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission (sales) targets
• Eligibility Criteria:Graduate (any stream) – Freshers can apply
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
• Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
• Compensation Structure:Fixed Salary: Competitive base pay

• No upper cap on incentives for high performers
