AIR IMPORT EXECUTIVE

*JOB OFFER BY EWF CARRIERS - ANDHERI - Air Import Executive

Position: Air/Sea Import Executive

Experience: 5–6 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Location: Andheri East

Key Responsibilities

* Handle door-to-door import shipments via both air and sea.

* Manage DAP (Delivered at Place) / Duty Paid shipments, ensuring proper duty calculations and compliance.

* Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and CHA for smooth import operations.

* Track and monitor shipments from origin to final delivery.

* Prepare and verify import documents such as BL/AWB, invoice, packing list, COO, etc.

* Ensure timely customs clearance and follow-up for documentation.

* Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and resolve any operational issues.

* Maintain MIS reports and ensure timely updates to management.

* Handle billing and costing related to import shipments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Air & Sea Import operations.

* Strong knowledge of DAP / Duty Paid shipments and customs procedures.

* Good understanding of international logistics & INCOTERMS.

* Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in MS Excel & email communication.

Additional Requirements

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Strong problem-solving skills and customer handling abilities.
