Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities of the company. The candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, coordination, data handling, client records, and backend operational support to ensure smooth business functioning.


Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update company records, invoices, quotations, and client databases

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams for smooth workflow
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS data regularly
  • Handle email communication and follow-ups with clients/vendors
  • Manage order entries, dispatch coordination, and documentation
  • Maintain rental/service records of medical equipment
  • Assist in preparing agreements, invoices, and payment tracking
  • Handle calls and provide backend support to field staff and management
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all business records
  • Support day-to-day office administration activities
  • Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
