Job Description
We are looking for a sincere and responsible Back Office Executive to assist in daily office operations. The job posting and office location is at Fort, Mumbai. We are their CA and will hire the candidate on client's behalf. Freshers are also welcome!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents, reports and packing lists
- Handle emails, Excel sheets and online portals
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and follow-ups
- Maintain office records and data entries
- Assist in basic billing, challans and office documentation
- Support export-related and administrative work
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email and internet
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Freshers can also apply
