Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and pipe cupcakes
  • Coat cakes with buttercream or ganache with smooth and consistent finishing
  • Pipe names, messages and basic decorations on cake
  • Fill doughnuts and handle finishing of other desserts
  • Work with the manager to complete orders on time and maintain inventory of all products that come in from the main kitchen
  • Maintain hygiene and a clean workspace
