Job Description

We at "The Mutton Curry" seeking a highly skilled Mughlai Specialist Chef to lead our kitchen’s non-vegetarian department. The ideal candidate must have a deep expertise in crafting authentic mutton and chicken curries, along with a mastery of traditional starters and tandoor items.


Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality Mughlai dishes, including rich curries, succulent seekh kebabs, and a variety of non-veg appetizers.


Requirements: Minimum 3- 5+ years of professional experience in a high-volume Mughlai or specialty non-veg restaurant.


Skills: In-depth knowledge of spice blends, meat tenderization techniques, and traditional cooking methods for mutton dishes.


Expectations: Consistency in taste, hygiene management, and the ability to innovate within the Mughlai culinary framework.
