Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Handle billing and cash/POS transactions accurately.
- Take customer orders and ensure correct order entry.
- Assist in food packaging and takeaway order management.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
- Support day-to-day restaurant front-end operations.
- Requirements: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Prior experience in restaurant, QSR like Dominos/ KFC/ Pizza Hut, retail, or billing operations will be preferred.
