Job Description
Job Role: Billing Executive
We are looking for a Billing Executive who has knowledge of SAP and Advanced Excel. The candidate should be comfortable handling billing activities and working at the counter.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of SAP
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
Billing and invoice handling
Good communication skills
Ability to work at the counter and coordinate with customers
Responsibilities:
Generate invoices and maintain billing records
Handle counter operations and customer queries
Maintain data in SAP and Excel
Prepare reports and MIS
Coordinate with internal teams for billing-related work
