Job Description
- Business Development Manager (BDM) – Key Workforce Solutions Pvt Ltd, Goregaon East, Mumbai
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
- Duty Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for manpower supply, recruitment, and placement services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers and corporate decision-makers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and business growth opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close profitable deals.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and conversions.
- Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR, recruitment, placement, or manpower supply industry.
- Fluent in English – excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Negotiation and contract management expertise.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Professional demeanor with confidence to represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
