Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (Residential Interiors)
Role Objective The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure—while collaborating with design and project teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & SalesHandle inbound inquiries and convert leads into residential interior projects
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, design preferences, and budgets
- Provide consultative solutions and recommend suitable design concepts
- Proposal & CostingPrepare accurate quotations, BOQs, proposals, and cost estimates
- Ensure pricing and scope align with client expectations and company standards
- Coordination & Collaboration Work closely with design and project teams for planning and presentations
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth project handover to execution teams post-sales closure
- Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure consistent communication and high service standards throughout the sales cycle
- Sales Performance Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage the full sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
- Track and report lead status using CRM tools
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Lead conversion ratio
- Revenue target achievement
- Project closure timeline
- Client satisfaction and referrals
- Accuracy of proposals and quotations
- Internal team coordination efficiency
Requirements Mandatory experience in Interior Design / Interior Fit-out / Architecture / Real Estate sales
- Proven experience in residential interior project sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage client meetings and close deals
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and design concepts (preferred)
- Experience in preparing BOQs, quotations, and proposals
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Interior Design Firms, Architecture Firms, Turnkey Interior Companies, or Premium Real Estate
- Strong consultative selling approach
- Target-driven, proactive, and professional mindset
- Tools & Software (Preferred)CRM: Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce
- Presentation Tools: PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides
- Ability to understand design layouts, drawings, and PDFs
