Job Description

Channel Sales Manager

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai


Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive Channel Scaling, Channel Development, and Channel Training initiatives across assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets in line with business objectives.
  • Execute channel expansion plans and onboard new Channel Partners (CPs) as per organizational strategy.
  • Strengthen channel productivity through regular training sessions, on-the-job training (OJT), and process implementation while ensuring Channel ROI.
  • Plan partner engagement activities and manage the leads funnel to ensure timely execution and conversion.
  • Ensure Channel Partner compliance with company sales policies and operational guidelines.
  • Follow PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) and maintain the required frequency of Channel Partner visits based on CP categorization.
  • Recruit, train, and manage DSA manpower and channel sales teams to achieve desired productivity levels.
  • Define revenue and sales targets for assigned partners and conduct regular performance reviews and tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain daily and weekly MIS reports as per management guidelines.
  • Support Channel Partners with timely logins, PLC, VC processes, and ensure quality business generation and yield optimization.
  • Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 7 years of relevant experience in Channel Sales, Channel Development, or Partner Management.
  • Strong experience in handling Channel Partners, DSAs, and sales teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive channel expansion and improve partner productivity.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in sales tracking and MIS.
  • Preferred experience in BFSI, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related industries.
