Nomad Silk Route Kitchen is inspired by the food traditions of the Silk Route — from the Middle East, Central Asia, the Caucasus, and North India. We focus on honest food, strong flavours, and breads baked in-house. Our kitchen values craft, discipline, learning, and respect.

We need a sincere and hardworking team member to work in the second shift from 2 pm to closing (11.30 pm).

Role Summary We are looking for chefs and kitchen team members who are hands-on, committed, and passionate about food. You will be involved in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, baking, service, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative, disciplined, and respectful kitchen environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
• Work with breads, grills, kebabs, gravies, and mezze (training provided where needed)
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
• Support teammates during service and prep — everyone helps everyone
• Reduce wastage and follow portion control practices
• Follow kitchen SOPs, timings, and discipline
• Contribute ideas and improvements respectfully
