Client Relationship Executive
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

About the Role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients across assigned areas. The role focuses on client retention, maintaining and growing product-wise sales, and identifying cross-selling opportunities within Glutape’s product portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain long-term business relationships in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with clients in designated areas to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Maintain consistent or increasing product purchases within the existing client base
- Track and analyze product-wise sales performance across accounts
- Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within the company’s product portfolio
- Maintain CRM records including client interactions, sales updates, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking
- Ensure steady sales growth and retention within assigned accounts
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets related to client retention, product sales growth, and overall sales performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing and relationship management
Additional Responsibilities
- Attend training sessions related to new products and sales strategies
- Support the Business Development Team in client onboarding and retention activities
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of client retention and cross-selling techniques
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking processes
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Good analytical and coordination skills
Preferred Background
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer relationship management
- Prior exposure to B2B client handling preferred
- Experience in managing client retention and growth across multiple products will be an advantage
