Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Debt Recovery Collection Tele caller to manage overdue accounts and recover outstanding payments through telephonic communication. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, customer handling abilities, and knowledge of collection processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone to collect overdue payments.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
• Explain outstanding dues, payment options, and consequences of non-payment.
• Resolve customer queries related to pending payments.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and collection guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team when necessary.
• Update collection management systems with call outcomes and payment commitments.

Required Skills

• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of debt collection and recovery processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (10th or 12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in debt collection, tele calling, recovery, or customer service.
• Both DRA Certified and Non-DRA Certified candidates are eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, or collection agencies.
• Familiarity with collection software and CRM systems.
• Understanding of RBI recovery and collection guidelines.
