Hiring Alert – Commi I / Commi II
📍 Location: Play N Learn, Inorbit Mall, Malad West, Mumbai
💰 Salary: Depends on Experience & Interview Performance
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts
📋 Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in food preparation and cooking as per standard recipes.
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare ingredients and support senior chefs during operations.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
• Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
✅ Requirements:
• Experience as Commi I / Commi II or in a similar kitchen role.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Freshers with relevant hotel management qualifications may also apply.
