Job Summary: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and research-driven Content Writer with 2 to 3 years of experience in medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, hospital, clinic, or related content writing.

The candidate should be able to understand medical topics, research healthcare information, and convert complex concepts into simple, accurate, and patient-friendly content.

This role requires someone who can write both educational and creative content across different platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, brochures, videos, advertisements, and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English writing skills, strong grammar, basic SEO knowledge, and the ability to create content that is clear, trustworthy, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, service pages, brochures, newsletters, social media, video scripts, advertisements, and patient education material.
• Create medical, healthcare, wellness, cosmetic surgery, aesthetic treatment, and hospital-related content in simple and patient-friendly language.
• Research medical procedures, healthcare topics, treatments, patient concerns, market trends, and competitor content.
• Convert complex medical or scientific information into clear, easy-to-understand, and engaging content.
• Write SEO-friendly and Google-focused content for blogs, FAQs, website pages, service pages, and treatment-related topics.
• Create creative content for social media campaigns, awareness posts, doctor-led educational posts, reels, captions, and promotional communication.
• Write short-form and long-form content as per platform requirements.
• Prepare content for brochures, lead generation material, treatment guides, newsletters, WhatsApp communication, and patient support material.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, clarity, tone, medical accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with doctors, marketing team, designers, video editors, and digital marketing team for content planning and execution.
• Support content calendar planning for blogs, social media, campaigns, and website updates.
• Maintain ethical, accurate, and responsible healthcare communication.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, healthcare content formats, digital marketing practices, and social media content trends.

• Experience in writing social media captions, reels scripts, ad copy, brochures, and campaign content.
• Understanding of Google Business Profile content, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube descriptions, and WhatsApp communication.
• Basic WordPress knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly for research, idea generation, drafting, and content improvement.
• Ability to understand doctor inputs and convert them into polished, patient-friendly content.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Marketing, or any related field.

Candidates with experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, hospital, wellness, or clinic content writing will be preferred.
