Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ice creams, faloodas, waffles, sandwiches, pizzas as per brand recipes

• Maintain taste consistency and quality standards

• Manage kitchen operations and minimize food wastage

• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety

• Coordinate with helpers for smooth kitchen workflow

• Handle rush-hour orders efficiently

• Proper storage and handling of ingredients

Requirements

• Marathi and Hindi fluency required

• Basic English communication is sufficient

• Prior experience as cook / dessert maker / fast food cook preferred

• Knowledge of basic kitchen operations

• Ability to follow standardized recipes

• Good time management and calm attitude

Working Hours

• Shift-based (as per outlet timing)

• Weekly off
