Job Description

Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally and promptly.

Query Resolution: Listen to customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure satisfactory resolutions.

Relationship Building: Execute follow-ups, gather feedback, and ensure the customer feels valued throughout their lifecycle.

Lead Generation & Sales: Inform potential clients about products/services, identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities, and forward leads to sales managers.

Database Management: Accurately update customer details, interactions, and feedback logs into the company's CRM system.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly.
