Job Description – UK Customer Service
Role: UK Customer Service Associate(freshers)
Location: Malad / Goregaon, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹2.9 LPA
Transport: Company-provided one-way transport facility
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for UK clients.
- Query Resolution: Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Process Compliance: Adhere to company guidelines and service standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work with peers and supervisors to meet performance targets.
- Work ScheduleWorking Days: 5 days per week
- Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers welcome)
- Skills: Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
