Call Handling:
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound international calls, addressing queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Customer Support & Troubleshooting:
Act as the primary point of contact to diagnose problems, guide users through technical solutions, or provide product information.
Sales & Retention: Upsell/cross-sell products, process renewals, or persuade customers to retain services following prepared scripts and guidelines.
Documentation
: Log call details, update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and maintain accurate records of every transaction.
Metric Compliance:
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handle Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Shift Flexibility: Work in rotational, night, or regional shifts (e.g., EST, PST, or GMT) aligning with the target country's business hours.
