Job OverviewWe are hiring Customer Care Executives for an Airlines process handling voice, non-voice, and chat support. This opportunity is open to graduates (freshers) and undergraduates with relevant experience who are flexible with shifts and eager to work in a dynamic customer service environment.

• Document customer interactions accurately
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation:Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of experience, OR
• Graduate freshers can apply
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Comfortable working from office in Mumbai (Malad)
