Working days & Timing: 6 days; 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable new car models based on their requirements and budget.
• Manage showroom walk-ins, online inquiries, and telephonic leads.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, offers, financing, and insurance options.
• Coordinate with banks and finance partners for loan processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Support marketing and promotional activities conducted by the dealership.
• Achieve sales targets and customer retention goals.
