Customer Support Executive.


Handle customer calls and order-related inquiries, provide order status updates, resolve customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, maintain accurate records, and ensure excellent customer service through effective communication and timely issue resolution.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients over phone and email.
