Job Description

  • Keeping and updating postings of projects of various builders on all social media and website of the company.
  • Posting listings on various online marketing portals.
  • Sourcing of clients through facebook and other online campaigns through social media, WhatsAppp and Email Marketing.
  • Monitoring the users of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Managing Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns.
  • ON/OFF Page SEM, SEO, PPC, Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, Word Press, Link Building.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility of company website and social content. Managing the company's website, blogs and other external communications.
  • Improving usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website, track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Keeping track and ensuring Maharera compliance of all projects posted on the CRM & Website of the company Management of the CRM & Website of the company.
  • Increasing online visibility of the company on all social media through Digital Marketing techniques.
  • Making creative for social media and digital marketing campaigns through various online software.
  • Data Management.
  • Other required Back-office work.
