Job Title: E-commerce Executive


Company: YF Trading


Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month


Experience Required: 1 – 5 Years

Job Summary:


YF Trading is looking for a proactive and result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage online sales activities and handle customer interactions through the IndiaMART platform.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and operate the IndiaMART portal effectively


Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat


Generate leads and convert them into sales


Maintain proper follow-ups with potential customers


Ensure timely response to all inquiries


Maintain records of customer interactions and sales


Requirements:



1–5 years of experience in e-commerce or similar role


Experience working on IndiaMART or similar B2B platforms


Good communication skills (verbal & written)


Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling


Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmen
