Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess individuals' interests, skills, values, and personality to identify suitable vocational pathways.
- Counsel students on vocational education programs, skill development courses, and training opportunities.
- Explain course content, duration, fees, and employment prospects.
- Guide students on available scholarships and relevant government schemes.
- Monitor and track candidates' progress after counselling and throughout their training.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation using the organization's ERP portal.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and active listening abilities.
- Strong counselling and guidance skills.
- Knowledge of vocational education, skill development programs, and labor market trends.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with data management.
Remuneration:
💼 Compensation will be calculated on an hourly basis and paid monthly.
