### **Position Overview**

We are hiring **Civil & Mechanical Engineering Graduates (2024/2025 pass-outs)** for a structured **12-month Apprenticeship Program** across multiple core construction and engineering functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate project execution, planning, quality, and engineering systems.

### **Open Roles & Locations**

#### **1. Quality – Palava, Andheri**

* Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards at site

* Conduct inspections and identify deviations

* Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety norms

* Support audits and quality improvement initiatives

---

#### **2. Planning – Thane**

* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress

* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports

* Monitor productivity and resource utilization

* Coordinate with site teams for execution alignment

---

#### **3. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) – Thane**

* Support execution of MEP works as per drawings and standards

* Coordinate with civil and finishing teams

* Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

* Ensure safety and quality compliance

---

#### **4. Civil Finishes – Thane, Vikhroli**

* Supervise finishing works (tiling, painting, plastering, etc.)

* Ensure execution as per drawings and quality benchmarks

* Track daily progress and coordinate with contractors

* Identify and resolve finishing-related issues

---

#### **5. Façade Execution**

* Assist in façade installation (cladding, glazing, external finishes)

* Ensure alignment with design specifications and safety standards

* Monitor workmanship quality and installation progress

* Support quality checks and issue resolution

---

#### **6. Billing**

* Measure and verify site work quantities

* Maintain billing registers and payment trackers

* Assist in BOQ tracking and cost monitoring

* Coordinate with site and finance teams for billing processes

### **Eligibility Criteria**

* **B.E / B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical (2024 / 2025 pass-outs only)**

* Strong interest in Real Estate / Construction Industry

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Willingness to work on-site and learn in a dynamic environment
