Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on Experience & Interview)

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

• Job TimingsMonday to Saturday: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM
• Sunday Fixed Off
• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Verify sales calls, client interactions, and communication records.
• Ensure proper trade disclaimers and compliance scripts are followed by employees.
• Identify compliance violations and report issues to management.
• Maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Conduct internal audits and monitor operational processes.
• Coordinate with management regarding compliance updates and corrective actions.
• Train and guide staff on compliance procedures and company standards.
• Handle client escalation cases related to compliance matters.
• Ensure all processes are conducted as per company and legal regulations.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Compliance or related field.
• Experience in Stock Market / BPO / Telecalling industry preferred.
• Strong communication and monitoring skills.
• Good knowledge of compliance procedures and documentation.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain professional conduct.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills are mandatory.
