Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executives to drive sales of our AI-based products and automation solutions.
The role involves engaging with business owners and key decision-makers, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions that add value to their operations.
Key Responsibilities :
● Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and qualified leads
● Present and explain AI products and automation solutions in a clear, professional manner
● Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions
● Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
● Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure conversion of leads into sales
● Accurately maintain call logs and update CRM systems
Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets Candidate Requirements
● 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or inside sales
● Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities
● Basic understanding of AI tools or a willingness to learn quickly
● Ability to engage confidently with business owners and decision-makers
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to work Compensation & Benefits
● Salary range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives
