Job Description
Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, process invoices, and oversee employee reimbursements and petty cash.
Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely calculation and filing of direct and indirect taxes, such as TDS, GST, EPF, and ESIC.
Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end and year-end closings, finalize accounts, and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing required financial documentation and resolving queries.
Team Leadership: Train junior accounting staff, delegate tasks, and maintain accounting controls
