Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and promptly relay them to the kitchen or bar using systems like MICROS.
  • Table & Floor Management: Set tables, clear dishes, maintain a spotless service station, and ensure overall dining room comfort.
  • Billing: Prepare physical and digital checks, process payments, and handle cash or credit transactions responsibly.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations
