🎯 Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Civil/Mechanical Engineers to join our team as Facade Quality Apprentices.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in facade inspection, testing, and quality assurance, ensuring that facade systems meet design specifications, safety standards, and performance requirements. This apprenticeship will help you build a strong foundation in construction quality and facade engineering practices.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Facade Quality/QA team in inspecting facade installations (glass, ACP, stone, curtain wall systems).
• Learn to verify site execution against approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in checking alignment, levels, tolerances, and finishing quality of facade elements.
• Participate in material inspections (glass, aluminium sections, sealants, fasteners).
• Support water tightness and performance testing (water spray test, air leakage checks).
• Help prepare and maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, and snag lists.
• Track closure of defects and ensure compliance before handover.
• Coordinate with design, execution, and consultant teams for resolving quality issues.
• Study facade performance parameters such as air-water tightness, durability, structural safety, and finish quality.
• Assist in maintaining QA/QC documentation and reporting systems.

🎓 Requirements

• B.E / B.Tech – Civil/Mechanical (2024–2025 pass-outs)
• Strong interest in Facade Quality / QA-QC / Construction / Real Estate Industry
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
