The Steel Production Incharge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day steel manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient use of resources. The role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems used in steel plants and the ability to manage shop-floor teams.
