Safety Officer

Job Title: Site Safety Officer (Project-Based / Full-Time)

Job Location:On-site (Project Site)

Job Summary: We are looking for a Site Safety Officer to ensure safe working conditions at our project site. The role involves monitoring daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, preventing accidents, and maintaining a safe working environment for all workers and staff.

• Key Responsibilities:Ensure all site workers follow safety rules and use required PPE (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, safety harness, etc.)
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety checks
• Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action immediately
• Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, installation work, and lifting operations
• Conduct toolbox talks or basic safety briefings for workers
• Maintain records of safety observations, incidents, and near-misses
• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials on site
• Coordinate with site supervisor and project team for safe execution of work
• Stop unsafe work practices when required
• Support accident prevention and emergency response procedures
• Requirements:Valid safety certification (mandatory)
• Prior experience in construction site safety preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage
• Ability to communicate with site workers and supervisors
• Responsible and alert mindset
• Willing to work in a construction site environment
• Preferred Skills:Experience in construction, installation, façade, GRC, or FRP work
• Basic understanding of hazard identification and risk control
• Experience handling site safety compliance documentation

Work Type:Project-based (Full-time on-site during project duration)

Note:This is a full-time on-site role for the duration of the project. It is not a part-time or remote position.
