Field Sales Executive

Responsible for generating sales through field visits, building strong customer relationships, promoting products, and achieving monthly sales targets. Ensuring customer satisfaction with regular follow-ups and expanding market presence.

Role & Responsibilities:

·      Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and pitching company products

·      Understand the customer needs and recommend a suitable product

·      Generate leads, follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales

·      Work towards achieving the sales targets set

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

·      Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

·      Maintain records of sales activities and report the updates to the management

Skills Required:

·      Good communication skills

·      Thorough understanding of negotiation and persuasion techniques

·      Proven sales and target achievement mindset

·      Ability to build and maintain client relationships

·      Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

·      Basic knowledge of MS Excel

·      Willingness to travel and explore the market

Experience Required:

·      At least one year experience of Field Sales

·      Minimum academic qualification – 12th Pass
