About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
• Follow up with potential clients to close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Business Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B/B2C sales
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
