Field Sales Executive

We are looking for part-time Field Sales Executives to introduce Parcha, a simple billing and shop management app, to local retailers and small businesses.

Parcha helps shopkeepers manage billing, stock, customer dues, sales reports and receipt printing. The complete setup costs ₹8,000 and includes the Parcha software and a thermal printer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit shops and small businesses in the assigned area.
• Explain and demonstrate Parcha to shop owners.
• Identify interested customers and collect their contact details.
• Follow up with potential customers and help close sales.
• Coordinate with our team for payment, software activation, installation and customer onboarding.
• Maintain a basic record of shops visited, leads generated and sales completed.

Earnings:

• Earn ₹2,000 for every successful Parcha sale and activation.
• 5 completed sales in a month will earn you ₹10,000.
• 10 completed sales in a month will earn you ₹20,000.
• There is no fixed salary and no upper earning limit.
• Approved commissions will be paid weekly.
• There is no joining fee or security deposit.

Requirements:

• The candidate should be comfortable speaking with shopkeepers and small business owners.
• Good communication, convincing and customer-handling skills are required.
• The candidate should be able to speak Hindi and/or Marathi.
• Basic English is sufficient.
• A smartphone is required for communication, product demonstrations and lead reporting.
• Having a two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, payment devices, business loans, insurance, telecom, POS systems, billing software or retail sales will be preferred.
• Freshers who are confident and willing to visit shops may also apply.

Work Details:

• This is a part-time, field-based and incentive-only role.
• Working hours are flexible.
• Candidates can work in areas near their residence.
• Product training, demo support and sales materials will be provided.
