Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Executive to provide exceptional support to our organization. You will be handling front-office functions, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for acquiring new clients, promote our financial products offering and provide exception quality service to our clients. The role demands strong interpersonal and presentation skills, a proven ability to generate leads and the drive to achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities:

1.   Identifying prospects and converting them into clients,

2.   Conduct financial well-being session (online & offline) to educate and engage potential clients,

3.   Achieve lead-generation and meeting sales targets,

4.   Handle client queries and objections confidently and effectively,

5.   Conducting product presentations and demonstrations,

6.   Maintaining records of sales and customer interactions.

1.   Graduate in any discipline, additional certifications or degrees are a plus,

3.   Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client engagement,

4.   Motivated and results-driven,

1. Capable of performing under pressure and meeting deadlines,

6.   Proficiency in MS Office and data management,

1. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

8.   Min. 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably financial services).
