Job Description
Position: Fire Safety Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fire safety and emergency response training.
- Train employees on fire extinguishers, hydrants, and evacuation procedures.
- Organize mock drills and emergency exercises.
- Develop training materials and assessments.
- Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
- Support fire risk assessments and safety inspections.
- Promote workplace fire safety awareness.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety or related field.
- 3+ years of fire and safety experience.
- Knowledge of firefighting systems, emergency response, and safety regulations.
- Strong presentation, communication, and training skills.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or Train-the-Trainer are preferred.
Key Skills: Fire Safety Training, Knowledge of Equipment, Risk Assessment, Safety Compliance, Communication, and Training Delivery.
