Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations smoothly.

Supervise and guide baristas, chefs, and staffs.

Maintain high standards of customer service.

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness of the café.

Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering supplies.

Handle cash management and billing operations.

Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and shift scheduling.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for requirements.

Resolve customer complaints professionally.

Maintain proper records and reports of sales and expenses.

Required Skills

Good leadership and team management skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of café operations and food safety standards

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks

Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management

Qualifications

12th Pass / Graduate preferred

1–3 years experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
