Job Description

Preksha International is a proprietorship firm engaged in DGFT, ICEGATE, Import & Export Incentives, and Licensing work, providing professional services to clients in import–export and compliance matters. Join our dynamic team while growing your career.

We are looking for:

1.     Fresher Candidates (Internet-Savvy with Communication Skills)

·        Basic computer/internet proficiency required.

·        Strong drafting letters, emails, and communication skills.

·        Quick learner eager to support licensing and compliance tasks.

 

2.     Experienced Candidates (with relevant work exposure)

·        Hands-on experience in DGFT/ICEGATE portal, Rodtep & Rosctl duty scrips, Advance Authorisation (AA) & EPCG licence work.


Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working on DGFT & ICEGATE portals
  • Handling export incentive schemes such as:
  • RoDTEP
  • RoSCTL
  • Processing and follow-up of:
  • EPCG Licenses
  • Advance Authorisation Licenses
  • Communicating with clients via email, phone, and letters to collect documents and complete work
  • Drafting professional letters, emails, and replies to departments and clients
  • Creating e-invoices on the GST portal and preparing normal tax invoices
  • Maintaining Purchase Register & Sales Register
  • Basic office documentation and compliance-related work
  • Internet-based research and portal follow-ups
